Eligibility

• Participation is open to all individuals who are registered users of Shell Asia App (‘App’) with a valid, active account at the time of purchase
• Access to and purchase through the App is mandatory. Customers not registered on the App are ineligible to avail the offer

• All prices stated above are inclusive of applicable GST
• Tier eligibility is determined at the time of the transaction. Tier changes after a completed transaction will not entitle the customer to any retrospective price adjustment.
• Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly communicated

Purchase Limit

• Each eligible customer is entitled to purchase a maximum of one (1) unit per SKU for the entire duration of the promotion
• Shell reserves the right to cancel orders where the limit has been exceeded, including where multiple accounts are used by the same individual to circumvent this restriction

Availability and Participating Shell Stations

• Promotional merchandise is available only at select Shell fuel stations in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat. A list of participating station location is available at - Shell V-Power Rewards
• Shell will update the above webpage on a weekly basis to reflect current stock availability at each participating fuel station for both SKUs. However, the customers are requested to check on stock availability with the participating fuel station
• This promotion operates on first-come, first-served basis. Shell does not guarantee stock availability at any specific location or for any specific duration within the promotion period
• The promotion will terminate automatically upon the exhaustion of stocks at all the participating locations, even if the promotional end date of 30^th September 2026 has not been reached

Damaged merchandise/Replacement policy

• Customer to check the merchandise before the point of billing to ensure no damage. Product/s once billed will not be replaced
• No replacements will be provided by Shell or it’s participating fuel stations
• In case of any product related concerns, customers are requested to reach out to the manufacturer, details of which are placed in product label

General conditions

• Shell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. GST will be applicable on the discounted price as per prevailing law
• Any discount under this Promo shall be subject to Shell’s discretion
• No two offers can be clubbed together.
• Only individual customers can avail benefit under this program and not others
• The benefit under this Promo shall not be transferable
• Shell shall not be liable for non-availability of products, technical issues with the Shell Asia App, or any indirect loss arising from participation in this offer
• Shell GO+ terms and conditions shall also apply
